Air Compression System: Raw air is compressed by the air compressor to 0.7 ~ 0.85MPa.
Precooling System: The air is precooled to 5 ~ 10 ℃ in precooling unit to separate most of the water.
Purification System: Air is adsorbed and filtered off in a molecular sieve purifier to remove the remaining water, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons.
Air Expansion: The air is expanded and cooled in the expander to provide the required cooling capacity of the unit.
Heat Exchanger: The air exchanges heat with regurgitated oxygen, nitrogen, and nitrogen in the main heat exchanger of the fractionator, and is cooled to near liquefaction temperature and re-circulated back to oxygen, nitrogen and nitrogen to ambient temperature.
Subcooling: Liquid nitrogen and liquid nitrogen in the supercooler before supercooling and throttling.
Distillation: the air in the distillation column for distillation, the top of the tower to obtain product nitrogen, the bottom of the tower to obtain product oxygen.
